Cookies

Which cookies we use, what they do and how to turn them off.

Last updated: August 2026.

What cookies are

Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. They let the site remember something about you — for example which language you chose, or what you agreed to on the cookie banner.

Which ones we use

They fall into two groups:

  • Necessary — without them the site does not work properly. NEXT_LOCALE remembers your chosen language, and cookieyes-consent remembers your choice on the cookie banner and lasts one year.

Analytics

We measure visits with Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager. It does not run until you agree on the banner shown on your first visit. From that data we see which pages people visit and where they come from — we do not use it for advertising and do not link it to your name.

How to change your choice

You can change your choice at any time through the cookie banner, which you can reopen with the icon in the corner of the page. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings — bear in mind the language may then reset to the default on every visit.
